At the beginning of the academic year the Directorate of Quality holds a meeting headed by the Vice President for Scientific Affairs and in the presence of the coordinators of the faculties and departments in which they discuss the process of quality assurance program in the university and the tasks and duties that rests with the directorate and the coordinators of the faculties and departments, and in the meeting all topics related to the program of quality assurance and the ongoing education are covered, especially related to course book and its preparation by the teaching staff and how to distribute it to the students.
In this meeting the process of taking feedback is discussed along with the necessary procedures to complete the process in an organized and proper manner and to stress that a student whose ratio of absences exceeds 10% is deprived of participation in the process of assessing the teaching staff. Also the calculation and analysis mechanism of the feedback received is discussed which should be done through committees who undertake this work, taking into account the full confidentiality of the process and data.
Prior to delivery of the final results to the Directorate of Quality Assurance at the university and then to the Ministry of Higher Education, a final meeting is held in which several things are discussing: these include the emphasis on the need for accuracy of the results and its delivery on time, in order to be sent to the ministry with the annual report of the program in its final form.
